EmployNext works in close collaboration with local employment service providers and wraparound supports providers across Calgary and Southern Alberta. Our role is to facilitiate clear, coordinated referral pathways that strengthen service delivery, reduce duplication, and improve outcomes for Albertans.
- Clear eligibility criteria for individuals to guide referrals and ensure aligned intake decisions
- A step-by-step referral pathway outlining roles, handoffs, and referral points
- A service calendar providing visibility into programs, availability, and key timelines
- Escalation contacts to resolve issues, address urgent needs, or clarify referral questions
- Data sharing protocols that support consent-based, secure information exchange
